OH&S performance statistics and analysis, monthly reports and data is shared with the team. Site specific WHS&E plans are developed as required to encapsulate each site's individual hazards and risks.

MPE are certified to three independent auditors. Our WHS&E system has been operating for near fifteen years, with reviews taking place annually to ensure we are up to date with any industry changes. We regularly communicate industry updates with our broader team to encourage safety discussions.

All of our employees undergo police checks and where required, medicals. We maintain a licence register to ensure renewals are completed prior to dates of expiry. The business maintains insurances, and memberships with trade associations relevant to the services we provide.
